Last updated: April 2026. By visiting Gigglez Play Café, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Supervision & Responsibility
Children remain the full responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. Gigglez is a supervised play environment, not a drop-off childcare facility. Adults must actively supervise children.
Age Suitability
Our play café is designed for children aged 0–8 years. Parents must ensure children use age-appropriate areas.
Booking & Entry
Sessions are 90 minutes. Entry is per child and includes one adult. One additional adult is allowed per booking with a surcharge (maximum 2 adults). Entry is subject to availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. No-shows may result in loss of booking.
Health & Hygiene
Children must not attend if unwell within 48 hours. Socks are required in play areas. Parents must ensure good hygiene at all times.
Food & Allergies
Please inform staff of any allergies. Outside food may be restricted except for babies or specific dietary needs.
Safety Rules
No rough play. Equipment must be used correctly. Damage caused by misuse may incur charges.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Photography
Photos may be taken for marketing purposes with consent. Please respect the privacy of others.
Behaviour Policy
Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Liability
We are not liable for minor injuries or misuse of equipment.
